In 1960 William "Bud" Paine moved to Rochester, NY in search of a better future. He found residence at a local YMCA and employment with ACDelco milling auto-parts. Then moved his wife Marilyn and children -Sherron and William- to Rochester with him. He said he made the move because his children asked for ice cream he couldn't afford. Today, we are still family owned and operated and although Bud is no longer with us, his “ice cream story” will always be our story.
